- Planning for mobility: planning for mobility: choosing a project, establishing goals and timelines, forming teams, setting expectations, communicating with the target audience, testing and implementation outcomes and key program indicators, such as shorter hospital stays, reduced cost or readmissions, adherence to discharge or medication adherence plans; decreased arrival and departure times, wait times and more
- Scaling mHealth: adjusting strategic plans around hiring, technology investment and growth
- Choosing the Right Tools: identifying, vetting and onboarding mobile technologies; what to look for in a tech partner

In addition to the Clinical Mobility Forum, the Summit will offer healthcare providers two days of focused sessions, events and thought-leading main stage speakers from Kaiser Permanente, Partners Center for Connected Health, Walgreens, IBM, GetWellNetwork, Project HoneyBee and more.
