Accolade executives say the company, which employs about 600 people, has achieved 100-percent growth in its technology operations during the past 12 months.
Naidu brings more than two decades of software industry product development experience to Accolade, where he is responsible for building out and leading the company’s product capabilities.
Prior to joining Accolade, Naidu was executive vice president at Globalscholar/Scantron. Before that, he spent 22 years at Microsoft, where he served as general manager for several products and strategic initiatives.
“We want to bring this capability to millions of lives," Naidu said. “The wellness space is multi-billion dollar industry. There’s a trend in the consumer space to really take some control around their wellness, and employers are providing incentives.”
