I don't see how anyone can make the argument that ICD-10 training should be delayed.

There are currently less than nine months for learning ICD-10 coding and practice. There won't be any time to forget the newly learned codes.

Melanie Endicott has created a timeline that spreads learning the chapters from the ICD-10-CM/PCS code books throughout the next eight or so months. I don't believe it's easy, but this timeline certainly helps make ICD-10 training doable.
