Vendor Notebook - Cleveland Clinic gets Versus RTLS

Versus Technology, Inc. of Traverse City, Mich. has announced a collaboration with the Cleveland Clinic's Glickman Urology & Kidney Institute that will combine Versus' Real-Time Location Information System (RTLIS) with the institute's clinical workflow operations.

NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc., of Horsham, Pa. has announced that Fairfield County Physician Management Corp./Norwalk IPA, an independent practice association in southwestern Connecticut, in conjunction with their partner Norwalk Hospital, has selected the company's suite of enterprise software solutions, including Electronic Medical Records, Enterprise Practice Management and Image Control System.

CPU Medical Management Systems, a San Diego-based provider medical billing and practice management software systems, has announced the signing of four contracts for its Web MED/FM product. The contracts are with American Billing Services, Inc. of Portland, Ore.; Desert medical Imaging of Indian wells, Calif.; Professional Business Services of Springfield, Ill.; and X-Ray Professional Associates of Concord, N.H.

Forward Advantage, a Fresno, Calif.-based provider of third-party technology services for MEDITECH facilities, and Capsule, a provider of medical device integration services, are joining forces to bring connectivity services to the MEDITECH market under Forward Advantage's medical device integration initiative.
