NextGen, Dell partner to increase IT access
NextGen Healthcare Information Systems has allied with Dell to deliver healthcare IT and services to medical practices of all sizes, rural and community hospitals and physician networks.
Under the agreement, Dell will market, sell and support NextGen Ambulatory EHR, NextGen Practice Management, NextGen Inpatient Clinicals, NextGen Inpatient Financials and other NextGen solutions as components of Dell’s EMR solutions for hospitals and physicians.

Dell will also use a cloud technology platform to host NextGen applications to simplify access and data management for Dell and NextGen clients. Dell also becomes the hardware platform-of-choice for all NextGen solutions as well as for NextGen Healthcare’s internal use, say executives.
