Dwight Monson, 51, an expert in physician practice management and strategic planning for hospitals, has joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's Health Practice as a vice president. Software developer MEDecision hired Frank G. Naccarati as senior vice president of client services and William P. Thorn as vice president of strategic planning and government affairs. Naccarati held senior level positions at Hewlett-Packard, Oracle Corp. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously a consultant for MEDecision, Thorn has also served as the Global Business Director of FMC, a specialty chemical company. A4 Health Systems, a provider of electronic medical record solutions, has named David Bond to the new roles of president and chief operating officer. Curtis Cloutier has been promoted the director of product management at Dallas-based Emergisoft Corp. Cloutier joined Emergisoft in 2003 as an application specialist and product account manager. After 14 years with Misys in Europe, Rudi Pecker has been elevated to the financial technology company's Singapore office, to become head of Asia Pacific sales. Athenahealth, a provider of revenue cycle optimization services, named Ruben Jose King-Shaw, Jr. to its board of directors. King-Shaw is the former COO of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Russell Ricci, MD, has joined Meditech as chairman of its Medical Advisory Board. Ricci will serve as an adviser and Meditech representative focusing on key medical and clinical issues that affect global health care. Payerpath Inc., a provider of Internet-based financial transaction named Matthew Marshall and Terrence Kyle to its board of directors. Radiologix, a provider of diagnostic imaging services, has appointed Richard J. Sabolik senior vice president and chief financial officer. The TriZetto Group appointed James C. Malone chief financial officer. Malone joined the company January to effect a smooth transition from the previous CFO, Michael Sunderland, who has moved to an operational improvement leadership role.
