Oral arguments begin today in yet another Supreme Court case that could threaten the existence of the Affordable Care Act, challenging the legality of one of its key components.

Millions of customers currently covered under Obamacare could be affected by the outcome of the King vs. Burwell case, which threatens insurance subsidies in those 34 states currently using the federal exchange, rather than their own state-run marketplaces.
