hc1, a healthcare CRM software provider, said it intends to announce ProviderView at HIMSS17.

Calling ProviderView a major extension to its healthcare relationship management platform, the company said the software helps users uncover relationships and behaviors across providers.

ProviderView gives insights into the relationships and behaviors of more than 3.8 million providers across the U.S. ProviderView also integrates and enhances billions of claims, prescription, and live clinical data to display a  picture of provider behaviors within the hc1 healthcare CRM. Healthcare organizations can utilize this actionable insight to better serve the needs of patient populations and improve sales and marketing programs to increase the growth of service lines.

“With hc1 ProviderView, health system executives are automatically notified of provider quality trends that require immediate attention in order to manage patient relationships across care settings,” hc1 CEO Brad Bostic said. “This ensures that patients are receiving quality care from a coordinated team of providers.”

ProviderView will display a live, consolidated view of provider profiles, relationships, and behaviors directly within the hc1 platform —which Bostic said can also help hospital executives identify new market opportunities.

“Healthcare is moving to a quality-based care paradigm that requires healthcare organizations to urgently begin delivering higher service levels while lowering costs. The only way to accomplish this sustainably at scale is to embrace healthcare relationship management as a primary strategy across all facets of the journey,” Bostic added.

Bostic said the new software is also an indication of the growing sophistication of healthcare technology that will over time lead to more and more machine learning capabilities that drive increasingly proactive and predictive action.

HIMSS17 runs from Feb. 19-23, 2017 at the Orange County Convention Center.
