Every year, Healthcare IT News pays tribute to the leaders and trailblazers who are advancing health technology through their dedication and vision. 

The H.I.T. Men & Women Awards, sponsored by Emids, are presented each year during a ceremony at the HIMSS Annual Conference & Exhibition.

It's time to nominate the 2015 H.I.T. Men & Women. Readers of Healthcare IT News are encouraged to nominate the leaders who are deserving of recognition by their peers for advancing the applicaiton of technology to improve patient outcomes.

Three winners will be selected in three different categories:

• Enhancing Patient Care through Health IT
• Shapers and Influencers
• Innovators

The nomination process is now open. Readers are invited to use the form below to submit the names of healthcare and technology professionals who deserve the recognition of their peers. The nomination form will remain open until February 17, 2015.

Once the nomination process is complete, Healthcare IT News readers will be invited to vote on finalists through an online survey that will be published in February. An announcement will be made in the Healthcare IT News daily newsletter (subscribe here) when the voting form is available.

Winners will be honored in April at HIMSS15 in Chicago.
