Vendor Notebook: Alere Health and AT&T target diabetes
Alere Health and AT&T have partnered on a project meant to provide patients with a better way to manage and control their diabetes. The companies will jointly deliver DiabetesManager, an end-to-end mobile health (mHealth) diabetes solution powered by WellDoc that will help adults with type 2 diabetes manage their health and engage with their caregivers.

Siemens Healthcare announced an agreement to enhance the syngo Workflow radiology information system (RIS) by incorporating eXposure, which is a comprehensive radiation dose management and reporting solution from Toronto-based Radimetrics. When combined with syngo Workflow RIS, the solution automatically captures the radiation dose information in a diagnostic report without any additional clicks or dictation, saving time for the radiologist, officials say.
