HIMSS16 has come and gone. Just not without its share of health IT news, insights and buzz. So it’s fitting to ask: What were the most popular topics this year? We’d love to compare your responses with ones that we received ahead of the big show.

In the weeks leading up to HIMSS16 we asked readers which of those they anticipated to be the most buzz-worthy at the show. Big Data and interoperability led with 80 votes apiece, while privacy and security edged out population health for second place, with 75 and 67 votes, respectively.

Chronic care management and meaningful use tied with 18 and revenue cycle pulled up the rear with 11 votes.

So now we’re gauging which predictions came true, and which did not. Vote here and when enough responses come in we’ll compare and contrast.
